What role do your executives have in setting top-down examples for learning and performance?
Are you using tools like OKRs to provide focus and clarity on work and expectations?
Do you role-model learning and growth mindset from executive leadership down and bottom-up?
Consider building a “learning lab” of resources, articles, links, etc in Slack or other digital channels.
Support your managers in having ongoing conversations with clear goals and expectations. Stress the importance of managers as roadblock removers.
