Introducing: Amplify Academy Foxtrot Guest Instructors
I’m thrilled to introduce you to the guest instructors for the upcoming Foxtrot Cohort!
When I created the Amplify Cohort HR/people leadership development program I wanted to build a bridge to connect the next generation of people leaders with established leaders from my network. People leaders who’ve worked at the vanguard of HR and people operations for years with a wealth of experience to pass on to the cohort students.
Over the first five cohorts, it’s been a privilege to watch the cohort students learn from people leaders I deeply admire. Leaders who have been at the forefront of building people-centric teams and companies including Katie Burke, Pat Wadors, Claude Silver, Bryan Power, Caoimhe Keogan, Dr. Erin I. Thomas, Tiffany Stevenson, and more.

AJ Thomas
X, The Moonshot Factory - Chaos Pilot, X People & Culture
You'll find in me someone who is passionate about identifying and building the leaders and organizations of tomorrow. This is my own definition of meaningful work.
Building culture is my knack and creating the conditions for people and their talents to come to life in a meaningful way is what excites me. I am often described as a big picture thinker and fanatic executor, though I consider myself an entrepreneur at heart that's just naturally curious. I like thoughtful approaches to complex problems and creating high-impact solutions. I fall deeply in love with problems and am energized by the journey in discovering why they exist and how to solve them. The work I do centers around moving people and organizations forward by way of creating, building and institutionalizing initiatives through designing/experimenting innovative approaches. I get most of my joy in discovering leadership from those around me and have continuously found that a vast knowledge of intelligence exists untapped just waiting for the right question to be asked.
