A3: Yes! We are updating our policy to include at least 3 weeks. Also saw Reddit's today which is generous https://www.linkedin.com/posts/reddit-com_showusyourleave-activity-6894718060264087552-eR4K
A4: Ours is currently 12 weeks because all of our parental leave is 12 weeks paid, 12 months job protection, we sort of shot big on that one.
