Based on the interview design process we mapped together in step three we’ll begin interviews tailored to your search that prioritize transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience. We leverage a custom candidate tracking platform built in Notion, ensuring all search stakeholders are consistently informed and engaged about candidates in development, interviews, notes, and status.
