A new home for all things Amplify x Redefining HR

Over the past seven years, I’ve been building multiple entrepreneurial, editorial, and open-source projects. They included businesses, podcasts, books, blogs, Fast Company articles, open-source resources, cohorts, courses, communities, videos, and more.

It’s been an amazing journey, but it’s also left me with multiple websites, brands, and more that became confusing even to me.

I’ve been thinking about how best to consolidate everything under one brand and website for years - and now that day has arrived! I’m thrilled to share this new platform with you.

 
 

Accelerating Innovation in HR

While I do a lot of things - my primary “why” driver is accelerating innovation in HR. That’s my personal mission and the litmus test I use to evaluate where and how I focus my time and energy.

Each of the components of the new Amplify platform aligns closely with that mission. It includes three core verticals and multiple channels within each of them to accelerate innovation in HR. Here’s the breakdown:

  • On-Demand Courses - Self-paced coursed aimed at building expertise in modern HR/people disciplines

  • Community - A membership community made up of global HR leaders who embrace progressive people practices, including targeted global networking, exclusive webinars and AMAs, open “office hours:” for peers conversations, and more.

  • Open-Source Learning Lab - A collection of highly curated resources to inform and support your work

  • Amplify Job Board - Curated people jobs that include compensation ranges

Books, blogs, podcasts, and a newsletter highlighting modern HR practices, practitioners, resources, and stories.
