Q1: What is everyone's HRTech Stack looking like this year and are you making any changes for 2022?

  • A1: ATS: Greenhouse, PMS: Lattice, HRIS: BambooHR, Engagement / Surveys: Culture Amp, Office: Robin App, Coaching: Coaching.com, Knowledge Base: Confluence, Task Management: Asana, Payroll: Ceridian / Paychequer, Pay Benchmarks: PayScale, Benefits: The League / RBC. We're not making any changes for 2022 - we’ve been loving what we have set up here.

  • A2: ATS: Greenhouse, PMS/Surveys/Grow modules: Lattice, HRIS/Payroll/Benefits: Justworks, Knowledge Base: Confluence, Task Management: Rolling out Asana, Pay Benchmarks: Radford, IT /Hardware Mgmt: Electric AI. I'll be vetting new HRIS/payroll systems in 2022. I'll also be looking for training & development tools.

  • A3: ATS: Greenhouse, Candidate outreach and kanban board for open roles: Gem, PMS: Small Improvements, HRIS: BambooHR, Engagement / Surveys: Culture Amp, Office: OfficeSpace, HR Analytics: Knoetic, Knowledge Base: Confluence, Task Management: Asana, Pay Benchmarks: Radford Global Tech and OptionImpact, Benefits: Spring Health (mental health coverage). Not planning any particular changes currently.

  • A4: ATS: Greenhouse, Candidate outreach: Gem, Recruiting Dashboard/ Reporting: Talent Wall, PMS: Lattice, HRIS/Payroll/Ben: Zenefits, Engagement / Surveys: Lattice, Knowledge Base: Confluence/ Air Table, Pay Benchmarks: Radford Global Tech and OptionImpact, Benefits: ModernHealth (mental health coverage), LMS: Lessonly, WFH Setup, Ongoing Productivity Stipends: Compt. Likely to explore a new HRIS/Payroll/Ben system in 2022

  • A5: Thanks to everyone for sharing. I just had a call with https://diversio.com/ and for anyone looking to collect data around diversity AND inclusion, it looks like an amazing tool. Once they collect data they give you recommendations on how to improve your policies and culture to increase inclusion for specific groups within your organization. All backed by academic research. If I can squeeze it into my budget this year I will be adding this to our meager tech stack to ensure we are growing in the right way over the next few years (edited)
