Redefining HR Optimization Workshop

An open-source course based on the bestselling book, Redefining HR

It started with a book (you guessed it, that purple one above). The field of HR was ready for an evolution.

I published Redefining HR in April 2021 as a roadmap for progressive HR and people operations. The book is based on over twenty years of HR experience, hundreds of interviews with innovative people leaders for my podcast, Fast Company column, conferences, and countless blog posts.

The book, Redefining HR, led to my first course (this course), which led to the Amplify Academy leadership development platform for HR professionals.

This workshop was created as a paid course, which when paired with the book, would help people teams go deeper on topics covered in the book.

Earlier this year with the launch of the new Amplify Academy, I migrated to a new platform, so I will be ending the use of the platform that hosted this course.

I decided to open-source the course here, hoping that learners will pick up some progressive ideas to support their people teams.
