I'm thrilled to announce the next group of world-class guest instructors who will be joining us for the Echo Cohort. They'll be sharing their expertise via a presentation and answering all of the students’ questions in live AMA sessions during the course. Nadia is the VP of People at Remote, where she works on all things people and continues to enable Remote as a great place to work. She is exceptionally passionate about a remote-first working environment, leading with values and creating a self-enabled culture to ensure everyone is set up for success. She came from GitLab, leading People Operations and Experience, People Engineering, and International Expansion and helped scale GitLab from 75 to 1300 employees. Reach Nadia on Twitter @nadiavat.
Ian Cook is recognized for his leadership and insight in the area of workforce analytics and planning. Ian currently works for Visier, and is responsible for continually enhancing the depth of insight available within this leading edge application.
Prior to joining Visier, Ian built Canada's leading source of HR Benchmarking data. His knowledge and expertise comes from 10+ years of consulting to global companies.
Ian holds an MA from Edinburgh University (UK), an MBA from Lancaster University (UK).
Torin leads a progressive boutique regarding the criticality of diversity and inclusion. He operates as an activist entrepreneur centering transparency, objective clarity, actionable strategy, and rigorous performance monitoring. He is a force within the D&I space coveting trusted partnerships with firms like Social Talent and Workplace by Facebook among others.
Co-host of Crazy and The King podcast and published author, he was listed as one of 10 Baltimore tech and entrepreneurship leaders who should run for mayor (Technical.ly Sept 2015), signaling a lighter side of this accomplished and focused practitioner.
Caoimhe Keogan joined AVEVA in January 2021 as Chief People Officer (CPO). She is responsible for AVEVA’s overall employee experience, leading the global human resources and employee communications teams, along with Action for Good, AVEVA’s Group-wide Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
Prior to AVEVA, Caoimhe held roles at Moneysupermarket Group PLC where she was Chief People Officer for three years, and SoundCloud where she was Senior Vice President People, Places & Community. She also spent six years at Google in senior HR roles, across both the Sales and Technology divisions.
Caoimhe has a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Queen's University of Belfast and a background in management consulting having spent her early career at Deloitte and KPMG.
