[Question] Hi All! Our DEI Committee completed our first DEI Survey. I was wondering what companies have used in terms of external benchmarking to compare to? Would love to have Tech Industry benchmarking that is more inclusive and comprehensive than EEOC reporting. Thanks in advance for the guidance!
A1: We administered our Inclusion survey on Culture Amp, so used their benchmarks as a comparison point. Here’s an example of a public facing benchmark. In the platform, you can see a comparison question by questions, so you’re able to go a little bit deeper.
A2: Not benchmarking here but have always heard CultureAmp as the previous poster shared
A3: This is Chicago specific, but a reference point https://www.chicagoblend.org/
A4: You can check out https://diversio.com/diversio-insights/
