When I designed the Amplify Accelerator Cohort program I wanted to create a new type of platform to build readiness, learning, and network equity for the next generations of people leaders. A program designed specifically for working practitioners with a mix of synchronous and async learning and a community that would last long beyond the four-week course.
It was always my intention to bring in world-class guest instructors to inspire and teach the students. Leaders who’ve been operating at the vanguard of HR and are reshaping how their organizations, and the broader field, think about building adaptive and inclusive companies that support all employees.
The past two cohorts featured world-class leaders including Katelin Holloway, Tiffany Stevenson, Al Adamsen, and AJ Thomas who shared their deep expertise with the Alpha and Bravo cohort students. What will I learn?
The Amplify Accelerator Cohort Programs are designed to build capability in several fundamental components of modern HR and People Operations. The program is broken into four sections (DEI, People Analytics/HR Tech, Innovation, Leadership) designed to help you build the understanding, knowledge, and networks necessary for modern HR leadership.
Each Chapter Will Be Supported By:
Asynchronous reading and review of curated resources on the topic
Live AMA sessions with leading experts in each discipline
Group workshops to harness the collective intellect of the cohort on your challenges
Downloadable templates you can use today (downloads available for several chapters)
Course Dates
October 4 - October 29
Live/Synchronous Schedule
Each week we'll cover one of the topics below through a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning modules. There are two live sessions each week (below), as well as optional opportunities to joins discussion groups on the topic.
During the course the live schedule follows this format:
Tuesday (Learning) - 2:00 - 4:00pm EST - instruction on the topic, guest instructor presentations, live Q&A's with guest instructors.
Thursdays (Discussion) - 3:00 - 4:00pm EST - Interactive meetings with breakout group discussions and problem-solving.
Note: the live learning courses are recorded so if you miss any of the Tuesday sessions you can view the recording the next day (or any time).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this course for?
This course will be most meaningful for current first-time Head of People, #2 or #3 HR leaders in larger organizations, functional leaders on a CPO path, and mid-senior practitioners wanting to level up their capabilities.
How many students will be in each cohort?
The cohorts are capped at 50 students.
Do I need to attend every session?
To get the most from the cohort experience you should try to attend every live/synchronous session. I realize that's not always possible, and many students don't have perfect attendance. All of the Tuesday "Learning" sessions with guest instructor presentations will be recorded and available for on-demand viewing the next day. The Thursday breakout group discussions will not be recorded.
Will I have access to the learning materials after the course?
Yes - all of the learning materials will remain available to you through a platform designed specifically for each cohort.
Will I have access to the community after the course?
Yes - your cohort membership includes lifetime access to the Redefining HR Accelerator community and your private cohort channel you'll use for connecting and collaborating with your cohort peers before, during, and after the course.
