Introducing Evolver: A New Social Business Strategy Consultancy from TalentNet and Amplify Talent
Venture will provide training and strategy solutions for a broad range of global clients through “Evolver Academy” training programs.
Dallas, TX / Washington, D.C., April 29, 2014— TalentNet, a strategy and training consulting firm led by Craig Fisher, and Amplify Talent, an employer branding and recruiting consultancy led by Lars Schmidt, announced today that they will be forming a new joint venture—Evolver (EvolverCo.com). Evolver will provide “Foundations for Social Business” training and strategy solutions for a broad range of global clients through “Evolver Academy” training programs.
“Craig and I first connected over our shared interest in the intersection of recruiting, digital and social,” said Lars Schmidt, Evolver’s Co-Founder. “Evolver gives us a platform to combine our hands-on experience and expertise to help clients rethink the ways they engage prospects.”
“Lars and I are both passionate about helping companies to better tell their stories online,” stated Evolver Co-Founder Craig Fisher. “We love helping them find and project their authentic voice while sharing their unique culture with the world. And we love exploring the technology that allows us to help them find and master the right online channels to do that. Evolver brings this all together and is powered by the knowledge we've built from working with some really great organizations.”
Evolver is a change catalyst that ignites a spark within its clients to harness the power of social business. It helps clients of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 100 corporations worldwide, use social media and digital engagement to better tell their stories and attract the right talent and prospects. It lives at the intersection of social media, technology, digital engagement and marketing. It is passionate about this convergence—and it is curious. Obsessively curious about what’s next in the shifting tech landscape, and how it can leverage these tools and trends to help its clients win. This is its passion.
TalentNet is a strategy and training consulting firm. It provides in-house and remote training, and hosts live events, for recruiting, HR, and sales. It helps brands, employers and individual contributors worldwide to use the latest cool social media, digital and mobile tools more efficiently and effectively. Its goal is to inspire companies to create better consumer and employer brands and prospect and recruitment strategies through social media—giving them the resources and confidence needed to source, attract, engage and retain more of the best customers and talent to move their business forward.
The TalentNet forum started as the first-ever Twitter chat for recruiters, debuting on April 28, 2009. It was immediately popular and led to several live events. The first-ever TalentNet Live unconference was held later that same year at Pepsico’s Frito-Lay campus in Plano, TX.
Like the chat, the conference was an instant hit. TalentNet now hosts events all over the world at major employers for both open and private audiences, including several events directly associated with SHRM National conferences and its state chapters
TalentNet CEO Craig Fisher consults with many of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world (as well as some of the hungriest startups) on how to find and attract more of the right customers and talent to their brand.
