Launched in 2013, Amplify Talent has already helped many organizations optimize their recruiting and employer branding efforts and deliver real results to real employers all over the world.
Talent isn’t just a buzzword here; it’s our passion, and it’s that passion that’s fueled over a decade and a half of building and driving world-class recruiting programs at industry leading companies like NPR, Ticketmaster and Magento.
We’re never satisfied, and are always looking at what’s next to make sure that we’re able to evolve along with the recruiting industry, stay on top of trends, and use emerging best practices, technologies and tools to deliver sustainable, scalable and successful talent solutions focused on delivering results – and adding value.
Amplify Talent acts not as a provider, but as a true partner, working in tandem with our clients to develop, drive and deliver customized, comprehensive and compelling talent acquisition strategies which help them recruit more effectively and efficiently.
